CHRM ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website at chrm.app and the CHRM sales execution platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Information you provide directly

• Contact information — name, work email, and company name entered via booking forms, demo requests, or audit requests.
• Demo inputs — sales call transcripts or deal information you enter into the interactive demo. This data is used only to power your demo session and is not stored after the session ends.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, and referral source (via UTM parameters), collected through standard server logs and analytics.
• Device information — browser type, operating system, and IP address collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your booking or audit request and schedule a call.
• To power the interactive demo (transcript and deal data you enter is processed in real time and not retained).
• To send follow-up communications you have requested.
• To understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising networks.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use the following services to operate the platform. Each has their own privacy practices:

• OpenAI — processes demo inputs (transcripts, deal context) to generate CRM fields, follow-up drafts, and risk flags. Demo data is sent to OpenAI's API and subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. We use OpenAI's API under terms that prohibit use of API data for model training by default.
• HubSpot — powers the meeting booking widget at /book. Booking data (name, email, company) is stored in HubSpot and subject to HubSpot's privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosts this website and all application infrastructure. Infrastructure data is subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

• Demo session data — not stored. Processed in memory for the duration of your session only.
• Booking and contact data — retained in HubSpot per their standard retention policies. You can request deletion at any time.
• Server logs — retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar legislation:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data.
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data.
• Opt-out — opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email we send.
• Data portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.

6. Cookies

We use cookies only for essential site functionality (session state) and basic analytics (page view counts). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to read content on this site.

All data transmitted to and from chrm.app is encrypted via TLS. We follow industry-standard practices for access control and infrastructure security through our hosting provider Vercel.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
